Minimum sizes of steel sheet, stiffeners
and sizes of angle sections are as
specified in DW144 Guide to construction
of sheet metal ducts or SMACNA Guide. The steel ducts must be constructed with rolled steel angle-flanged cross joints. Longitudinal seams formed by using the Pittsburgh lock are recommended.
